You can search the following databases for articles and journal texts. Access to many of these databases can be obtained by providing your SCCC Library barcode number, which may be found on the bottom of your Student ID Card. If you do not have an ID Card or barcode number, you may stop by the Library during our hours of operation to obtain one.

| CINAHL | Nursing and allied health fields journals. Links to full-text information where available. |
| Computing in Science and Engineering | Full-text of entire journal from 1999-present, also includes 1997-1998 when the journal was known as Computers in Physics (only available on campus). |
| CREDO | Digital reference books, including encyclopedias, dictionaries, thesauri and books of quotations. Also provides reference books on subjects like law, medicine and science. |

| JSTOR | Archive of articles in various disciplines especially literature. To access JSTOR off campus contact a Librarian. |
| MEDLINE | Citations and articles from biomedical journals. |
| Newsbank | Full-text articles from regional newspapers around the country. Your best place to find articles from New Jersey newspapers. |
| New York Times | Full text historical NYT. From 1851-2002, includes images (from ProQuest). |
| Oxford Art Online | Electronic edition of Grove’s Dictionary of Art. Includes related topics. |
| ProQuest (All Databases) | For advanced users. Full access to all Proquest databases. |
| ProQuest Business | Information about business, economics, banking and trade and industry topics. |
