Emotional Wellness Series

Being emotionally well is more than just handling stress. It also involves being attentive to your thoughts, feelings and behaviors whether positive or negative.

In this interactive course, you will learn ways to cope effectively with stress, retrain your thoughts from negative to positive, deal with and manage anger. This class explores the concepts of forgiveness, identifying and developing happiness habits and spiritual transformation.

About the Instructor:
Diane Lang is a Therapist, Educator and Author with an expertise in multiple mental health, lifestyle and parenting needs. In addition to holding multiple counseling positions, Diane is also an adjunct at Montclair State University.
