Essentials of Personal Training

ZZZ600A2 Essentials of Personal Training:

This hybrid course prepares students to successfully prepare for either the NASM or ACE Personal Trainer Certification Exam.  Students will benefit from a detailed review of key concepts provided with live, in-classroom instruction as well as online PowerPoint lectures, video clips, and practice exams.

Topics include:  Fitness Assessments, Exercise Techniques, Program Design, Nutrition, Client Relations and Administration, Professional Practice and Responsibility, Business Planning and Development.
