Basic PC Skills – Database Essentials with Microsoft Access
Learn to design, create, edit and analyze a relational database. Acquire skills to create tables, forms, simple queries and reports.

Basic PC Skills – Microsoft Excel – Level 1
Microsoft Excel basics include spreadsheets, formulas, text and cell formatting, and viewing and printing a workbook.

Basic PC Skills – Microsoft Excel – Level 2
Reinforce the elements introduced in Microsoft Excel – Level 1, and expand upon that base to include more complex activities, such as functions, charts, sorting and filtering records.

Basic operation of Microsoft Word at the beginner level. Learn to create and edit a document, format paragraphs and pages, and work with multiple page documents.

Time is money, and lots of it gets lost in disorganization and disruption. Many people find that they flit from one task to another, trying to get everything done. Learn to make the most of your time by getting a grip on your workflow and office space, using a planner effectively, and delegating some of the work to other people.

- Employed at least 20 hours per week
- Be paid by employer at their usual hourly rate while in training
