Mission Statement

The Information Technology Services area’s primary function is to provide service to the campus community as it pertains to technology needs and requirements. The main objective of the organization is to insure that each user: student, faculty, administrator or staff, has access to the technology tools required to perform his/her daily tasks in the most effective manner.

Desktop Services - The mission of SCCC’s ITS Tech Support is to provide Sussex County Community College’s (SCCC) faculty, staff, and students with a single point of contact for all supported services and products. The Tech Support will ensure that all requests are handled promptly, professionally and within an established timeframe.
