The exact schedule for 2014 is now being confirmed – students in the past visited a 9-1-1 dispatch center, the New Jersey Forest Fire Ground Headquarters in Andover Borough and the New Jersey Forest Fire Aerial Operations in Andover Township, as well as a Forest Fire observation tower.
The program also includes guest speakers from area organizations, some of which have included: the New Jersey Division of Fire Safety, The Sussex County Haz-Mat team and the County Sheriff Incident Command Unit.
A graduation ceremony will be held on the last day of the program.
