Starting at Sussex County Community College (SCCC) is a smart choice for area residents. Students that earn their associate degree save thousands off the total cost of a bachelor’s degree when they transfer. SCCC offers new degree programs in Building Construction, Cosmetology, Food/Management, Hotel/Restaurant Management, Electronic Music, Music, and Technical Studies plus a wide range of degree and certificate programs to help begin a great college education. Courses are held at the SCCC Newton Campus, Vernon Township High School and Hopatcong High School for convenient locations throughout Sussex County
SCCC will hold extended office hours for students who would like to register for the spring 2017 semester.
Mondays and Thursdays, January 9 through January 26 from 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.;
Saturday, January 14 and Saturday, January 21 from 9 a.m. to 12 Noon.
The extended office hours are for the Registrar’s Office, Financial Aid Office, Student Advising and Counseling Center and the Bursar’s Office. Please note the College will be closed on January 16 for the Martin Luther King Jr, holiday.
Normal business hours are as follows:
Monday from 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Tuesday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Closed on Saturday and Sunday
