High school seniors who are attending Sussex County Community College this fall or high school juniors are being offered FREE workshops in English and Algebra this summer.

These workshops can be taken as part of the College’s Readiness III Bootcamp.  Students can polish up on their English or Algebra skills which will help them avoid taking developmental courses in the fall. All necessary materials are included with these free workshops.

In order to take these workshops, students must have already taken the Accuplacer (Placement) Test at SCCC. The English and Algebra Workshops will be held May 23rd to June 6th on Mondays and Wednesdays or Tuesdays and Thursdays in the Administration Building. English runs from 4-7 p.m. and Algebra with Foundations runs from 4-8 p.m.  Sign up soon, as seating is limited for all classes.  For more information, please call Kathleen Carr at (973) 300-2155 or email
