IT Help Desk Technician Level 1
*Excellent foot in the door with a growing tech company *New York, NY based digital signage organization is in need of an IT/Help Desk Representative with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in our Sparta, NJ operations office.

* Monitor device heartbeats, create cases for device issues, and perform basic troubleshooting
* Review content playback errors and work with Zero-In Content and Support teams to fix
* Communicate with clients on the current status of open support cases

Optional paid weekend on-call opportunities will be available


* A+ certification
* Strong hardware troubleshooting experience and/or education
* Experience and/or education with Windows XP/7/Embedded
* TCP/IP and Ethernet network experience and/or education
* Excellent customer service skills
* Detail oriented
* Ability to work independently
* A stable work history
