Student Affairs

At SCCC, we strive to provide first-class services for our students. Our dedicated faculty and staff are committed to your success, and we are ready to assist you at any time with any questions and concerns you may have.

Counselors are available in the Counseling and Advising Center for academic advisement to help you plan a course of study. Our services range from transfer counseling, to career counseling, to personal counseling. Whatever you need, we’re here to listen.

We understand the cost of college can be intimidating. Although we offer one of the top values in education, many of our students still find it helpful to stop by our Financial Aid Office and take advantage of the many resources available.

The Registrar’s Office handles registration, adding and dropping classes, withdrawals, grades, transcripts, enrollment certifications, graduation, transfer credit evaluations, and immunization records. We recently introduced the My.Sussex Portal, an online tool that allows you access to much of this information online.

Opportunities to get involved on campus abound for you at SCCC. Make sure to check out the Student Activities’ Calendar of Events, and take part in the Skylander spirit with Sussex County Community College Athletics.

We hope you take advantage of the many services, activities, and opportunities available to you, and we will make every effort to ensure that your experience here is unquestionably rewarding.
