The “Return, Learn and Earn” (RLE) program is designated for students 21 years old and older who have attended a college in New Jersey within the past 10 years, leaving in good academic standing but did not complete their degree, are not currently enrolled, nor have been enrolled in the past year. The student must reside in Sussex County, or bordering NJ counties, and have completed at least 31college credits at SCCC or elsewhere which represents half of an associate degree. One-on-one advising will be made available to perspective students. Reasonable attempts will be made to lift institutional barriers where warranted, while exploring alternative credit sources such as C.L.E.P. and Life Work Experiences. Students who have financial obligations to the college may be able to have their financial obligations forgiven through the grant or through the College’s Help Committee. Lastly, you must possess a minimum overall college GPA of 2.0 or higher.
