Certification of Enrollment

The College has authorized The National Student Clearinghouse to act as its enrollment certification and loan deferment processing agent.  Should students need to have their enrollment verified, they should have the requestor visit the Clearinghouse on-line at www.studentclearinghouse.org or contact them by phone at 703-742-4200.  Official Enrollment Certifications for a current semester can be processed only after the 10th day of classes.

Under special circumstances, the students may request a certification from the Registrar’s Office.  There is no charge for a certification, and it can be obtained by filling out a Certification of Enrollment Request Form and mailing or hand-delivering it to the Registrar’s Office.  The student’s signature of release must appear on all Certifications of Enrollment Requests. Certifications will not be sent out automatically, nor will telephone or email requests be honored.                

Please allow two to three business days for the request to be processed.  Certifications held for pickup will be discarded if not picked up within 30 days. If this occurs, a new request must be submitted.

Loan Deferments
 All loan deferments will now be completed by the Clearinghouse.
