Adjunct - Hospitality

Job Description

Summary

Sussex County Community College is looking for adjunct instructors for the following Hospitality courses:  

CULA103- Food Service Sanitation

HOST 101- Introduction to Hotel, Restaurant & Institutional Management

HOST108- Hotel & Restaurant Operations

HOST 136- Hospitality Marketing

All courses have lecture and lab hours each week.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher in Hospitality, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or Food & Beverage Operations.
• Demonstrated experience as a hospitality professional of at least 5 years.
• 2 years of experience in academic instruction in a post-secondary environment, preferred.
• Current certification credentials for ServSafe Management Instructor & Proctor
