Job Description

We are looking for a qualified IT Technician that will install and maintain computer systems. The IT Technician must have a thorough knowledge of computer software and hardware and a variety of internet applications and operating systems. The ideal candidate will also have great troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail. The position also requires coverage during the evening.

Essential Skills of the Position:

  1. Must have good communication skills and must be comfortable on the phone
  2. A solid knowledge of PC hardware and software is desirable
  3. Troubleshoot software and hardware problems involving workstations and peripherals
  4. The setup/ install of computers, printers, and other peripherals
  5. The installation of internal components, PSU, Memory, Hard drives, Video cards
  6. The installation/ reinstallation of software
  7. Translating technical language for non-technical users in clear and simple English
  8. The IT Tech must be trustworthy, have a high sense of integrity and good customer service skills
  9. Must be flexible
  10. Other duties as they arise

SALARY:  $15.13 per hour
