Job Description

This position will assist in initiatives related to student enrollment retention.   This position will work closely with the Admissions Department and will assist in identifying leads in the community and potential barriers to enrollment.  The primary goal is to help potential students navigate the enrollment onboarding process.   This is a temporary position with the anticipated end date of 06/30/19.


Main Duties:

1.  Intentionally focuses on leading-and-developing a culture of "caring-regard" at the college. 

2.  Will aid in various student enrollment and retention initiatives.

3.  Will participate in a variety of recruitment and retention initiatives, including those related to the onboarding of new students and various retention strategies.

4.  Will work with the Admissions Department to help identify potential leads in the community.

5.  Acquires a working knowledge of the College's ERP system, Portal, and other software packages in order to perform regular data entry and information retrieval.

6.  Must be able to retain flexibility with hours and schedule in order to meet the position's needs.

7.  Prepares reports on research assignments.

8.  Assists in the organization of recruiting and admissions materials.

9.  Performs other duties as assigned.



* Associates Degree preferred.

* Valid Driver's license required.

* Ability to work independently and complete work in a timely manner.
