On August 28, 2024, Sussex County Community College welcomed a record number of new students at its annual New Student Orientation. President Connolly greeted more than 350 students from every school district in the county, nearby counties, and other states participating in the event. They enjoyed a complimentary lunch, played games, toured the campus, and had the chance to meet their future classmates.

As the regular semester kicks off on September 3rd, the College still has openings through late registration, which ends on Sept 9, and several delayed and late-start classes beginning in the coming weeks. To learn more, by visiting sussex.edu/fall.
