The Criminal Justice Studies degree is designed for the Criminal Justice Professional (both active and retired) working in the field of law enforcement, corrections, community corrections and private security. To be eligible for this program, students must have at least five (5) years of active service in the field.
The knowledge and skills attained in this degree can sharpen your skills and advance your career. Students have the unique opportunity to achieve life/work experience credits and attain an expertise in portfolio development. This degree program offers a flexible yet structured plan designed to assist the Criminal Justice Professional in achieving their educational and advancement goals.

Upon completion of this program, graduates will be able to:

  • Receive an expedited pathway for career law enforcement personnel to meet degree completion while ensuring the quality of credits awarded.
  • Demonstrate learning competencies from specialized training and on-the-job experience.
  • Demonstrate knowledge in criminal justice fundamentals.
