Grades of PH and PL will satisfy graduation requirements. If you have concerns about meeting the minimum academic GPA requirement for graduation (2.00), you should consult with the Registrar’s Office as soon as possible by emailing registrar@sussex.edu from your SCCC student email.

A grade of PH or PL will satisfy pre-requisite requirements for courses that require a D or better to enter. Please be aware that some courses require a grade of C or better to meet pre-requisite requirements. A grade of PH or a letter grade will still be required.

No, you do not need to discuss this option with your professor. This is a confidential decision on your part. Professors will enter grades as normal at the end of the semester.  If you choose this option the Registrar’s Office will convert the letter grade to the Pass or No-Credit grade, but will still maintain the original letter grade in our records.

Full semester, Delayed Start and Late Start courses are eligible for this option. Grades earned in courses taken in the Spring 2020 Early Finish session are not eligible to be converted to the Pass/No-Credit option.
