Registration and Refunds

Ways to Register for Skylands Professional Training:

Mail: Print this SPT Registration Form and mail with your check, payable to: WCCC-SPT

Phone/Fax: Print the SPT Credit Card Authorization Form to use with your Master Card, Visa, Discover or American Express and fax form to 908-878-0170 (do not send by email). To receive a credit card authorization form via fax call 908-689-7613.

In Person: Payments can be made in person, Mon- Fri, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

SPT Refund Information

You may withdraw three business days prior to the first day of class in order to receive a refund minus a $15 processing fee (unless the College cancels the class). Refunds will be issued after this deadline. Checks unable to be processed will incur a $25 fee.

Students are responsible for the balance of tuition and fees in the event the College terminates payment plans or private loans.

Refund Schedule

(Please contact the office between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.)

  • Classes starting on a Monday, call on or before the previous Wednesday.
  • Classes starting on a Tuesday, call on or before the previous Thursday.
  • Classes starting on a Wednesday, call on or before the previous Thursday.
  • Classes starting on a Thursday, call on or before the previous Monday.

You may be eligible to receive funding for job skills training if you are unemployed, under-employed, working part-time, or receiving public assistance. To determine you eligibility, please call for more information:

To be eligible for this program, you must:

  1. Be a legal NJ resident, 18 years or older and have a HS diploma, GED, or higher.
  2. Have been unemployed or underemployed for six months or longer.
  3. Have experience and/or skills applicable in current job market or interest to begin a new career.
  4. Have official proof of unemployment or underemployment status.
