Transfer Counselor/Academic Advisor

Erin earned a Master’s degree in School Counseling from Montclair State University. She has a New Jersey k-12 School Counseling certification and holds the distinction as a National Certified Counselor (NCC). Erin has worked in various capacities in both k-12 and higher education settings. She joined SCCC as the Transfer Counselor/Academic Advisor in 2017. In addition, Erin is a Designated School Official (DSO) working with International Students.

Kathi Gallichio earned her M.S. in Education from Barry University. Her work in Student Services includes Admission, Residential Life, Career Development & Placement. Kathi has spearheaded numerous initiatives to improve advising and student success, as well as many of the building blocks of the Guided Pathways model. Kathi enjoys the many rewards that come from assisting students as they face the many challenges on the road to accomplishing their academic and career goals.

Personal Counselor/Academic Advisor

Alyssa earned her Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling with a Specialization in Art Therapy from Caldwell University in 2014. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), a Board Certified Art Therapist (ATR-BC), and also is a Little Flower Yoga Instructor (level 1). She has experience working in a variety of mental health settings, including outpatient facilities, hospitals, partial hospitalization programs, psychiatric hospitals, and therapeutic schools. Alyssa currently works at SCCC as an academic advisor and personal counselor.

Crystal Quaglio

Pre-Nursing Advisor (Part Time)

Crystal earned her B.S. from the University of Scranton. She is a Registered Nurse (RN) and Certified School Nurse (CSN). Crystal has worked as a nurse delivering care in both inpatient and ambulatory settings, as well as worked in the role of clinical analyst. As the Pre-Nursing Advisor here on campus, she enjoys assisting prospective nursing students in planning their educational goals.
