Requesting a Room or Space for an Event/Meeting (Not an Academic Class)
- Email scheduling@sussex.edu with your Room Request at least two weeks before the event. The Room Request only reserves the space.
- You will receive an email confirmation when the room has been reserved.
Facilities, IT, Marketing, and Media Work Orders
- If your event requires set up from Facilities, IT, Media, or promotions from Marketing, you must give at least three weeks' notice.
- You MUST submit a separate Work Order when Facilities, IT, Media, or Marketing are needed.
Please Note: if you book your room with less than three weeks’ notice or do not submit Work Orders or a Marketing Request for needed services within the specified time, we may not be able to set up or promote your event.
