Finding your career path is a process that requires self-awareness and self-assessment.

Students are introduced in the career exploration process during their first-year Foundations for Success class. You can access two web-based career programs. Questions about the results or use of these tools can be discussed with your Academic Advisor or any counselor in the Advising & Counseling Center.

Focus 2 guides users through a reliable, intuitive career and education decision-making model to help them choose a college, select a major, explore occupations, make informed career decisions and take action in their career development.

This tool helps to navigate the world of majors and occupations by identifying or confirming your interests, values, skills, and personality.

First-time users need to create an account.

  1. Log in to Focus -2
  2. Click on Register to create a new account. 
  3. Choose your username and the password.
  4. Access Code is: SKYLANDERS
  5. Take a few of the 10-15 minute assessments and bring them into your appointment.

Once you set up an account with Focus 2, you may use it at any time.
