Incomplete Grade Information

Incomplete Grade FAQ

  • For the Spring 2020 semester only, an Incomplete (“I”) may be given, at the initiation of the student and at the discretion of the faculty member, only to students who have completed at least 50% of the required coursework with a grade of “C"or better.
  • No "I" grade may be given without the use of the required form. The completion date is determined by the instructor, but in no case may exceed May 29, 2021.
  • If approved, the instructor will complete the Incomplete Grade Request form which outlines the work necessary to complete the course. This is a contract and you will need to agree to the terms and conditions.

If your instructor does not respond to your inquiry you can reach out to the Dean for assistance.
