The Sussex County Community College Jump Start program has been an immensely rewarding experience for my high school-aged children. I have three children that have been blessed to be part of this program. It's been an eye-opening experience witnessing the maturity and growth that comes with this opportunity. Not only has it challenged my children academically, but it's also instilled a sense of responsibility and independence that will undoubtedly serve them well in the future. Seeing my children navigate a college environment, interact with professors who are passionate about their subjects, and manage their workload has been incredibly rewarding. The exposure to diverse perspectives and subjects has sparked a genuine enthusiasm for learning. While there have been challenges along the way, the benefits have been immeasurable. I'm confident that this experience will not only enhance my children's academic prospects but also foster invaluable life skills that will last a lifetime.
