To schedule or request a Room/Space for an event or meeting (not an academic class)
1. Email scheduling@sussex.edu with your Room Request information at leasttwo weeks before the event. The Room Request only reserves the space. You will receive an email response when the room has been reserved.
If your event requires to set up from Facilities, Media, or promotions from Marketing, you must give at least three weeks' notice.
When utilizing the services of Facilities, Media, or Marketing, submit a separate Schooldude Work Order for Facilities (chairs, tables, etc) and Media (av equipment, video, microphone, etc), and a Marketing Request (press, social media, announcement to students or the community).
Please note: if you book your room with less than three weeks’ notice or do not submit Work Orders or a Marketing Request for needed services within the specified time, we may not be able to set up or promote your event.
